Thailand remains under cold spell
Bangkok, Feb 4: Cold spell caused by a powerful high pressure ridge still hit all regions on Sunday, the Meteorological Department announced.
 
Bangkok on Sunday saw its lowest temperature at 19 Celsius degree.
 
The lowest temperature on the low land in the North was 12 Celsius degree and on mountain tops at 2 Celsius degree.
 
The Northeast saw the lowest temperature at 10 Celsius degree on the low land and at 4 Celsius degree on mountain tops.
 
The department said the lowest temperature in central provinces was 15 Celsius degree while the eastern region saw the lowest temperature at 18 Celsius degree.
 
The lowest temperature in the South was 19 Celsius degree on the eastern coast and 23 Celsius degree on the western coast, reports the Nation.
